Coastal condominiums. Buildings along A1A and the Intracoastal usually have association rules for hard surface flooring, sound underlayment and work hours. Bring a copy of your rules to the estimate. Our condominium guide covers the common requirements.
Replacing dated floors. Many homes built in the 1980s and 1990s still have their original floors. Some can stay under new vinyl plank; some should come out. We check before we quote.
