How Richard got here
Richard started out in house renovations. As soon as he did his first flooring job, he knew it was what he wanted to make his career. There was no special training behind it, in his words, just a lot of hard work and dedication over the years.
How we work
His approach is simple: make sure things get done exactly the way the customer wants them. In practice that means a clear conversation before the job about what is under your current floor, what the new floor needs, and what the finished transitions and baseboards will look like.
His advice to anyone hiring an installer
The cheapest price sometimes ends up being the most expensive by the end of the job. There are installers offering very cheap labor at the cost of quality. It also helps to have an idea of what you want before you start talking to professionals, because it makes the whole process quicker.
What customers notice
Across more than three hundred reviews the same themes repeat: a crew that arrives on time, works efficiently, cleans up, and pays attention to detail. When something needs a second look after the job, customers report that Richard comes back promptly to correct it.
